Privacy notice

Your information needs a clear purpose.

Draft privacy notice for the Nomelys website and proposed personal search-reputation service. Updated 18 October 2026.

1. Controller and contact

Nomelys is operated by Nomelys LLC. Contact legal@nomelys.com for privacy enquiries. The registered address, registration details and applicable jurisdiction are still awaiting confirmation. Contact and eligibility forms send an enquiry to our team; they do not automatically open a case, place an order or authorize action on your behalf.

2. Information and purposes

The eligibility enquiry asks for your name and variations, email, EU residence country, listing URLs, relationship to the listing, concern and an optional explanation. Your selected starting situation and any optional interests are included if provided. Our team uses these details to review your enquiry and reply about possible next steps. Do not provide identity documents or sensitive details through the form. Receipt is not an eligibility decision or agreement to provide a service.

3. Proposed legal bases

Steps requested before a contract and performance of an agreed service may support assessment and case administration. Legal obligations may require financial recordkeeping. A documented legitimate-interest assessment is needed for necessary security operations. Optional marketing requires a separate, specific choice. These bases and purposes must be confirmed for the actual operator before processing begins.

4. Recipients and transfers

Approved staff and contracted hosting, database, email and payment providers may process data only as required. A request sent on your behalf necessarily discloses relevant information to the controller or search engine. Providers, processing locations, contractual safeguards and any international transfers must be listed before activation. Assessment records are not published.

5. Retention

A documented retention and deletion schedule must be approved before intake opens. The proposed design distinguishes incomplete enquiries, unsuccessful assessments, active cases, authorization evidence and statutory financial records. No automatic retention period is represented as approved in this draft.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, GDPR provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it. Some rights have exceptions. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. For rights enquiries, contact legal@nomelys.com. Do not attach identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.

7. Security and decisions

The planned service requires restricted staff access, secure storage and separate handling of verification documents. There is no automated eligibility decision or public case directory. No production database or intake provider is connected in this review version.

8. Website and emailed enquiries

The website is hosted by Vercel and uses self-hosted fonts without optional analytics or advertising trackers. Contact and eligibility forms email the details you submit, your chosen language and a reference to our team through Resend and our Proton mailbox. Resend is configured with its Ireland sending region. A separate confirmation is sent to your email address without repeating your message, listing links or personal details. Enquiries are held in the team mailbox for review and response, not published or added to a marketing list. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive information. No case database, scan or payment is started by submitting these forms.
