Terms of service
A defined scope. An informed choice.
Draft terms for the proposed Scan, Protect and optional Monitor services. Your written agreement confirms coverage, payment and applicable consumer terms.
1. Status and service provider
The contracting operator is Nomelys LLC, contactable at legal@nomelys.com. Paid work is arranged through an accepted written proposal. The registered address, registration/VAT details and applicable jurisdiction must be supplied and reviewed before any agreement.
2. Preliminary check and proposal
A preliminary assessment is free and creates no obligation to buy. A human review may find all, some or none of the submitted links suitable. Paid work requires an accepted written proposal identifying the scope, total tax-inclusive price and applicable terms.
3. Proposed package scope
Scan proposes supported discovery and a findings report. Protect adds supported broker opt-outs and up to three eligible standard actions. Monitor is a separate optional subscription. Your proposal confirms the price, exact coverage, quotas and applicable terms before you agree.
4. Limits and client responsibilities
No directory or search-engine outcome is guaranteed. Nomelys is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Legal proceedings, regulatory escalation, unlimited requests, identity fabrication and removal of mandatory public records are outside the package. You must provide accurate information and have authority to act for the person concerned.
5. Authorization and verification
Work on your behalf requires appropriate written authorization. Necessary identity checks must use an approved secure channel. Do not send identity documents through the public website form. No requests are filed solely because an assessment form has been completed.
6. Timing and follow-up
Protect proposes a 30-day status follow-up, not a removal deadline. Each standard action includes one submission and one routine follow-up. Recipients control response times. The report distinguishes decisions from verified changes.
7. Payment, tax and add-ons
Your proposal confirms the total price including applicable tax, invoicing entity, payment arrangements, start date and any additional charges. Monitoring requires a separate agreement.
8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
EU distance-service contracts generally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal from conclusion, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Starting during that period requires the appropriate express request; loss of the right after full performance requires the required consent and acknowledgment. A proportional charge may apply where legally permitted. The final process, withdrawal form, cancellation and refund policy require legal approval before sales. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Your Europe: withdrawal rights ↗9. Complaints, liability and disputes
Complaints may be addressed to legal@nomelys.com. The handling procedure and relevant consumer dispute-resolution information must be confirmed. Any liability wording must preserve mandatory consumer protections. Applicable law and courts must be reviewed against the operator’s establishment and the consumer’s rights; no exclusive jurisdiction is asserted in this draft.
